Tasked with a brief of ‘bringing the outside in’, COWI’s office needed to be a space that was comfortable to work but also one that would challenge staff to be more open and collaborative.
Result:Small meeting areas promote collaboration between different team members. An indoor ‘garden’ area allows staff to recharge
and spend a moment with their thoughts. Staff were introduced to a more agile environment and encouraged to move around, collaborate and work together.
