ICON Corporate Finance are situated in the heart of Bristol.
We were invited by ICON to create an environment that would motivate their employees and impress visitors. The space needed to be collaborative, social and bring the employees together whilst giving visitors the ‘wow’ factor.
Result:We took inspiration from offices, bars, and cafés in urban areas. We created an open plan kitchen and breakout space, where staff could feel focused, but also feel relaxed. This area has helped to bring the social side back to business, allowing staff to say after work for drinks.
The works took place over 5 weeks and involved a full strip back to the shell of the building, including ceilings and WC’s. We then installed new ceilings, flooring, WC’s, decorations, lighting, furniture and features. The workspace not only reflects ICON’s brand, but the people who work there.
