We were tasked with a brief of ‘bringing the office inline with their brand’. Nomensa’s office needed to be a space that was inspiring for their staff yet functional for day to day activities. They had recently acquired a new space to use as an advanced client facing area.

We carried out the work in four phases across seven weeks as the office was occupied. An impressive new boardroom with a tea point and brainstorming area was created in the newly acquired space, now known as the ‘Bear Pit’. A new, modern reception with a comfortable guest seating area was installed. We used baffling between the project area and open plan office to keep noise to a minimum. Staff were introduced to a more agile working environment and encouraged to move around, collaborate and work together.
