Times Two Investments were looking to create a space where the small start-up companies they sponsor could thrive on the many benefits such a space offers, whilst not having to pay the premium rates of the many inner city co-working hubs.

The extensive refurbishment that followed resulted in a variety of workspaces being created including a breakout space, a closed meeting room, an informal meeting area and hot desk workstations.

Influenced by a variety of current office design trends, we incorporated a range of unique features that really help to set off the space, such as pendant lighting, a brick slip wall, transom glazing and concrete carpet.
