During the brief taking process our designers will seek to learn as much as possible about your organisation. This might include interviewing staff, conducting surveys or analysing productivity, all in view of becoming completely familiar with the environment in question.

The important transition from concept to reality.
The real proof of a successful project is in the implementation and project management. Up to this point the design and specification has probably been fun and exciting but now what!
At OEG we believe that the implementation phase should be given as much, if not more, attention that the more glamourous elements of the office fit-out process. As your dedicated project manager is appointed the designers will compile a detailed package for workings drawings in view of a smooth start to the project implementation.
As the project proceeds your project manager will keep you informed of progress whilst your workplace consultant will keep tabs on the proceedings ensuring you complete peace of mind.
Proceeding handover the final works are checked to ensure the area is snag free. All necessary documents are compiled including Operations and Maintenance manuals and ‘as-built’ drawings for final handover.
